1. Access Control to the area or buildings
2. Verify suitability for the event or venue, e.g. ID checking, dress code
3. Carry out person and bag search if required to do so
4. Encourage responsible behaviour whenever possible
5. Provide excellent customer service
6. Deal with any incidents that may occur in a professional and effective manner
7. Create an environment of safety for visitors to enjoy their day or night (public safety)

Our staff are always on hand to deal with any situation that may arise. We are able to perform basic or enhanced duties whenever required, and will do our best to accommodate all request made by the client.
